Our waterlily seeds come from the shallow ponds of Madhubani and Darbhanga, where partner farmers dive in and harvest by hand -- the way it has been done for centuries.

Sun-dried, then graded.
Fresh seeds are spread out in the sun for 27 hours, then hand-sorted for size and quality. Only the biggest, firmest seeds make it through.

Dry-roasted, never fried.
Seeds are roasted at just over perfect 180 degrees for 7 minutes. The intense heat pops them open into the airy, crispy bites you know. Zero oil, zero frying.

Flavour-tumbled by hand.
Our flavour goes in fresh — no pre-chemical additives — and is added in-house. We tumble popped seeds with the blend for exactly 3 minutes so every piece gets coated, not clumped.

Zip-sealed, shipped fast.
Every pouch is flushed with nitrogen and zip-sealed within an hour of seasoning so the crunch gets locked in and pouches are packed from kitchen to your doorstep in 5 days or less.
